Step Into Fall: Lunchtime "Power Walk" through Battery Park

Since “sitting is the new smoking,” we need to do something to counteract that! Lunchtime is a great time to put your sneakers on and head out for a stress-relieving outdoor walk to clear your mind and get your blood flowing for the afternoon.

Led by Susan Greeley, National Director, Wellness Services, we will take you on a 3-mile “power walk” through Battery Park.
